IRS standard mileage rate for business travel billed at current $/mile

All deposition and trial fees: including preparation, travel, stand-by time and testimony time. 

• Depositions are invoiced at a minimum of 4 hours. 
• Trials are invoiced at a minimum of 6 hours.  

• Cancellation Fees: Less than 48 Hours Notice : invoiced at 6 hours.

Please note: Retainer required if being paid by opposing counsel.

One primary responsible party is the preferred choice for billing, but if multiple parties are splitting the cost, inform office prior to scheduled exam date. 

*An additional fee of $100.00 will be incurred per each additional party to be invoiced separately. 

• Hourly rate includes travel time round trip to inspection location; inspection time period includes equipment set up & take down. 
• A copy of all images taken during exam will be provided to each party via CD or USB drive upon conclusion of the inspection. 
• If needed, evidence can be hand carried to DFDA's Lagrangeville, NY office for analysis. In the event this should occur, billing will be calculated from arrival of the investigator/engineer to their departure or for a two hour minimum.
